Privacy of Information
All information entered while placing an order with BuyDanze.com is kept completely private and is never sold or given to a third party. E-Mail addresses are NEVER sold or given to any third party -- we only use them for contacting you ourselves.
Shipping
All shipping is done through Danze in IL. Ground Shipping is FREE anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is UPS 2nd Day Actual. Shipping to Canada is done via UPS Worldwide Express Actual (3-4 Day). Ground shipping usually takes 7-14 days, and rush shipping takes 1-2 days.
Order Processing
All orders are to be placed online. This provides both the end user and BuyDanze.com with a paper receipt of the transaction.
Order Payment
All orders are processed via credit card. The credit card is charged as soon as it is received through BuyDanze.com. This is usually within 4 business hours of the order being placed online.
Order Cancellations
Our goal here is to process all orders as quickly as they come in, to ensure fast shipping. Because of this practice, all orders that have already been processed (credit card charged and/or order shipped) can NOT be cancelled. The only exception to this practice is where the actual stock status differs from the one being displayed on our website, which could result in a delayed shipment.
Returns
The maximum time frame for accepting returns is 30 days from the day the order was shipped. No returns will be accepted beyond that time, so please make sure your items are correct and that they are not defective right away once you receive your shipment.
For all types of returns inside of the 30-day period, please E-Mail us for an RMA #. In your E-Mail, please include a detailed description of why you are returning your Danze product.
For non-defective returns, you will then need to send (prepaid) the product to Danze's facility in Bolingbrook, IL. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply for non-defective returns.
For defective returns or if an incorrect item has been shipped to you, a call-tag will be sent to pick-up the package. No re-stocking fee will apply.
Warranty
All parts of the Danze faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer purchaser owns it. Danze stands behind this claim with toll-free customer service availability 7 days a week for installation assistance and replacement parts (listed below).
